MY PAPER BAG was designed by Ramón Middelkoop, who was inspired by the shabby and dirty paper bag of a homeless person. The shape of the paper bag was still of great beauty and therefor reason enough to design a long lasting piece which since 2011, has been made of 100% ecologically tanned buffalo leather.
The bags are handmade in Tarun Paul‘s fair-trade certified factory in India. The professionals in the workshop are from the lowest castes. With proceeds from these and other products they can build a reasonable life. Click here for a movie about the creators of MYPAPERBAG.

This leather product has been produced without using heavy metals or harmful chemicals which could potentially damage our environment. Considering no artificial chemicals were used n the making of this product, this product is completely unique. Goodforall believes that a product which is has been produced in a fair and ecological manner will bring pleasure to all who purchase it.
Please note: This ecologically tanned leather has NOT been dyed! It acquires its natural color during the ecological tanning process. Hereby each bag retains its own personality and each copy may differ slightly in color and contain small imperfections. Every product is unique.
