(1) Wat waardeer je het meeste aan jouw werk?
Dat ik iets goeds doen voor de wereld kan combineren met mooie kwaliteitsproducten, verschillende culturen en commercie. En dat ik iedere dag iets nieuws leer.

Net hiervoor werkte ik voor een salespromotion bedrijf
(3) Wat is je favoriete Goodforall product?
Allpure beddengoed: beeldschoon, genot om in te slapen en in alle opzichten goed.
(4) Wat betekent Fair voor jou?
Dat als je iets doet of koopt, hier andere mensen ook beter van worden i.p.v. dat alleen een indiviu hiervan profiteert wordt ten koste van een ander
(5) Beeindig deze zin: Als ik de wereld zou besturen, zou ik......
Altijd de nadruk leggen op de ontwikkeling van een „WIJ-economie“.
(6) Wat is jouw levensmotto?
Ik geloof in positieve energie en kleine stapjes, op weg naar grote veranderingen.
(7) Wie is je rolemodel en waarom?
Nelson Mandela! Vanuit een volledige underdog positie werd hij president van Zuid-Afrika. Een functie waarin hij een grote stap kon zetten naar gelijkheid van mensen. Deze kracht kreeg hij door zijn inzicht: „I am the master of my faith and I am the captain of my soul“
(8) Wat maakt jou iedere dag blij?
Het zien van iets moois in de breedste zin van het woord; een mooi mens, een glimlach, een zonnestraal in een boom, een mooi ontwerp.
(9) Wat zou jij doen als je een maand vrij had?
Een 10-daagse Vipassana stilte meditatie en dan een mooie reis met mijn gezin maken.
(10) Waar zou je heen reizen als je uit de hele wereld mocht kiezen?
Vietnam, daar ben ik nog nooit geweest en de cultuur en het land lijken me erg mooi

Go for 100% Fair trade, Eco and Design
In 2007 Goodforall was founded by Marja Baas, who had a vision: a better world by producing products we use a lot. She started with Christmas gifts for companies to ensure she gained immediate volume. In the years which followed we grew to the organization we are today. Goodforall is combining designers and fair trade producers to create quality products which are on the road to being 100% fair trade, eco and design.
In 2011 we left the extensive product range behind us and continued with the three product lines which Goodforall has thus far developed: MYPAPERBAG, Patch8 and Allpure.
We have seen the products, visited the factories, and been there – anywhere from cotton farmer, to leather tanner to the manufacturers who create our products by hand. It has been a conscious decision to be 100% transparent so that we may share our experiences and expand. Co-creation: join us!
Goodforall consists of a small group of people, but we are lucky that we have a large group of loyal followers around us, who supports us, share our manner of thought and help to spread the word. We invite everyone to join us, create with us, stay informed, and inform others or merely to order the products. All of this is necessary to accomplish our goals – create as many new jobs as possible at the bottom of the pyramid*, where the need is the greatest.
Every step counts! We believe in empowerment to ensure people have the tools at hand to bring themselves and others further. Even if something is not yet perfect, every good step counts! It is our promise to continue our work and finally certify every step on the way. Imagine that everyone could make that step towards a better world, each in their own way. We are grateful every day for every step we can take.
